TV+ , c'est le black-out !
Deux héritiers d’André Mba Obame se disputent la gestion de la télévision privée TV+ Gabon SA. Il s’agit de Franck Nguema (neveu) et de Joseph Ondong Atomo (fils). Jusqu’où les deux hommes sont-ils prêts à aller pour la gestion de la télévision du futur ?
De là où il est, André Mba Obame doit se retourner dans sa tombe. L’ancien ministre n’aurait jamais imaginé qu’en laissant la société TV+ SA comme héritage à sa famille, ce bien allait devenir l’objet d’une rivalité à la limite de l’animosité entre Franck Nguema (son neveu) et Joseph Ondong Atomo (son fils). Pour preuve, en milieu de semaine, les membres de la famille soutenant le fils, Joseph Ondong Atomo ont, assisté d’un huissier de justice, fait irruption au siège de la télévision à Nkembo.
Une opération musclée qui a consisté pour l’essentiel à faire changer les serrures des portes donnant accès à la télévision et à faire vider le personnel considéré comme pro Franck Nguema afin que l’équipe désignée par le fils Joseph Ondong Atomo prenne désormais les commandes. L’initiative menée par le fils de Mba Obame s’appuie sur la décision rendue par le tribunal le 16 octobre 2020 lui donnant le droit d’accéder au siège de TV+ alors que cet accès lui était jusqu’ici interdit par la direction de la chaîne sous les ordres de Patrick Ceyrano Obiang.
Une lecture de la décision de justice que conteste le camp de Franck Nguema. Lequel relève que Joseph Ondong Atomo peut jouir de son droit d’accéder au siège de TV+ Gabon SA, mais en qualité d’actionnaire et non en qualité de PDG, vu que le tribunal de première instance n’a toujours pas rendu son verdict sur la légalité ou pas du Conseil d’administration de TV+ Gabon SA tenu en septembre 2019.
Dans cette ambiance explosive, le Directeur général nommé par Franck Nguema, Patrick Ceyrano Obiang, a donc invité les employés à rester chez eux jusqu’à un éclaircissement de la situation. Pire, au milieu de la même semaine, la télévision a cessé d’émettre du fait de la panne d’un de ses émetteurs. Conséquence, personne ne sait qui du neveu ou du fils a la responsabilité de procéder aux réparations de l’appareil. Entre temps, TV+ est plongée dans le black-out total.
