LotSyndicat, un collectif d’artistes gabonais, veut aussi profiter de cette occasion pour organiser une conférence débat sur le thème ; "L'écrivain gabonais, une voix autorisée?". Sans omettre des présentations d'oeuvres, des expositions et vente des livres et des prestations de Slam. « Venez vivre la littérature gabonaise dans toute sa diversité avec des jeunes plumes qui font l'actualité littéraire », lancent les organisateurs.
Du reste, la cérémonie aura lieu de 10 à 16 heures en première année du département de Littératures Africaines.
