Un jeune homme de 37 ans, Wilfried Ilawou Ngounga a été tué à la machette par son voisin Guy Franck Nguema Ondo, sergent chef au Génie Militaire. La scène effroyable se passe le dimanche 11 octobre 2020 aux environs de 21h à Bikelé au lieu dit ''Zong'' (bras de mer).

Un mal entendu a tourné au drame dimanche 11 octobre dernier à Bikelé un quartier périphérique de Libreville, la capitale gabonaise. Wilfried est mort dans une structure sanitaire de la place quelques heures après avoir reçu plusieurs coups de machette au visage. Son agresseur, Guy Franck Nguema, se trouverait détenu dans les geoles du B2 en attendant d'être présenté devant le parquet de Libreville.
A en croire une source, tout serait parti d'une dispute banale, entre l'agent et sa compagne. La dispute du couple semblait prendre d'autres tournures au moment où Wilfried Ilawou rentre de sa balade. Attiré donc par la confrontation qui pouvait conduire à une situation irréparable, Wilfried Ilawou aurait approché ses voisins en essayant tout de même de ramener à la raison l'agent du Génie Militaire. Mais, furieux et noire de rage, le corps habillé ne cherchera à rien entendre de son voisin, d'ailleurs ami avec qui, il entretenait de bons rapports. Au contraire, il intimera l'ordre à ce dernier de ne pas s'en mêler et de rentrer tranquillement chez lui. Une injonction, que Julien prendra au sérieux et décidera de poursuivre le chemin de son domicile.
À peine arrivé à l'entrée de sa maison, sans trop comprendre comment, le défunt en voulant ouvrir la porte de sa maison aurait seulement entendu derrière lui <<je t'ai bien dit de ne pas te mêler de cette affaire>> avant de recevoir deux coups de machette au visage. Le trentenaire s'écroule. Pendant qu'il est au sol, Guy Franck, réplique un autre coup de machette au niveau du bras.
